I do t...Yes, I have experienced every one of these! I do think it is important to be honest about these things. Maybe just speak them to the general population more frequently so everyone is aware? And then we won't need to target women when they're pregnant because they'll already be aware?<br /><br />One thing I would add is that even though a healthy baby is the most important part about delivery, your experiences and feelings are important too, and it is ok to feel disappointed, angry, or cheated out of the positive birth experience you longed for. Even the best of birth experiences can still feel a bit traumatic because of how intense, uncertain, and life-changing it is. Allow yourself time to process your birth experience with a safe person or your journal if you need to.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
